Anderson Valley
Anderson Valley is a superb region for Pinot Noir. Owner of the famous Ferrington Vineyard since 1997, Kurt Schoeneman focuses on producing luscious fruit by refining his farming practices with every vintage. He grows five clones of Pinot Noir on 27 acres of prime vineyard land in Boonville’s cool climate. California’s leading Pinot Noir producers prize the fruit from Ferrington.
Schoeneman also grows Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc on an additional 43 acres. The Ferrington Vineyard is a grape source for Arista’s dry Gewürztraminer as well as a vineyard-designated Pinot Noir.
